There are a few things to consider when it comes to additional costs with BizPilot 360:

Messaging Costs: If you're using phone numbers or sending SMS and email messages through our platform, there's an extra charge from our telecom partner. You'll only pay for what you use, so the cost depends on the number of messages you send.

Third-Party Integrations: Connecting BizPilot 360 with Zapier is free and opens up connections to loads of other apps. Just a heads up, though, using certain apps through Zapier might require a paid Zapier subscription.

AI Services & Content: If you have subscribed to the AI Navigator, you have unlimited access to ALL AI services and content generation. AI features in all other plans are billed on a pay per use basis. If you find yourself needing AI magic for chatting, reviews, or creating content, there's an additional charge based on the amount you use.

In a nutshell, while BizPilot 360 offers a ton of value upfront, some specific uses and enhancements come with extra costs, mostly to cover external services and advanced features.

BizPilot 360 is hosted in the cloud, so any updates or new features we add will automatically appear in your account - and you'll get all of this for free! We roll out new updates and feature enhancements on a weekly basis!

We built BizPilot 360 with security as our primary focus so you can rest assured knowing your websites, funnels, subscribers, members area, etc. are well-protected. With us, there's no need to worry about plugins or additional code that could be hacked - we keep everything updated for you. The software is hosted on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS) which are the most reliable and secure web servers in the world!

BizPilot 360 offers complete flexibility in our payment plans - you can use the platform month to month, and cancel at any time with no long term contracts or commitments!

Yes, we have a support team who can answer your questions 24/7! Just click on the Chat Box at the bottom right of any page throughout the BizPilot 360 App.

Once you are a subscriber, the Chat Box will provide access to a comprehensive Knowledge Base, an AI Powered Assistant that can answer questions instantly, as well as Live 24/7 chat support with customer service personnel that can answer your question or escalate the question to someone who can.

Your data won't be accessible after you cancel your account, but don't worry - you'll have the opportunity to download CSV files of your contacts, members, and other information before taking that step.

You will find no need for that! We recommend that people use our platform to run all aspects of their company, though we understand that some of our customers have favorite tools they used in the past. Therefore, we integrate with most top service providers and software platforms (such as Zapier, Shopify, etc) to make building your Business Operating System even more enjoyable!

All content in your account (including user-generated content) is completely owned by you. BizPilot 360 does not have permission to access or use that content or contact your users for any reason. Security and privacy are our top priority.

You can cancel at any time and your service will not renew on the next billing cycle. Simply send an email to [email protected] and we will initiate an immediate cancellation confirmation.
